If I could give a zero I would. I am upset needed these this week for the old folks. Tested two and they don't even piece of work didn't even bother opening the other box. Now I take to wait for someone to contact me? Frustrating.

The face plate is a very inexpensive plastic that allows for the lights to shine correct through. I was trying to match outlets I had already installed, and these looked exactly the aforementioned in the images; still, the plastic is very low quality compared to how information technology looks online.
